This activity includes transport from Modena station and gourmet guide speaking the language of your choice. You will be visiting a Parmesan cheese and a balsamic vinegar producer in the morning. The day will continue with pasta making classes and gourmet lunch. Time permitting we will also stop at the town market to buy ingredients for the class. We start at 8.15 and the day will finish at around 3 pm.

This day tour includes a guided food tour along the Po’ River in the Parma province, with chauffeured transport from central Parma, guided culatello ham cellar tour with generous tasting of the precious ham, bicycle rental. With the possibility to visit a Parmesan cheese producer in the morning. The activity starts near Polesine Parmense which is about 40 minutes from Parma.

A real opportunity to go in the woods with expert mushroom hunters. Let Emilia Delizia organise the best day in your holiday. You will spend the day with the local truffle hunter and his dog to discover the white gold of the Italian mountains. These activities can be done around Bologna in Emilia, Alba in Piedmont, in Le Marche and Tuscany regions. The truffle seasons starts from April till December.

A balsamic vinegar tour at a producer of  PDO aceto balsamico tradizionale in Modena. The visit in English (other languages are available) and it last approximately one hour. The activity will include 2/3 tasting of the product with the possibility to buy it.

A detailed tour of a Parmesan producer in Modena or Parma in English (other languages are available). Meeting the producer between 8 am and 8.30 am. During the activity you will see raw milk turned into the famous cheese, the visit also will continue with a tour of the brine and ageing cellars, final tasting is included. The visit last about one hour.

A unique opportunity to visit a Prosciutto di Parma (Parma ham) producer in Langhirano in the Parma province. The visit will last about 45 minutes, and the guide (or the producer himself) will explain how the ham is made in details. The visit will continue with a 3 course gourmet lunch that includes a generous antipasto of Parma ham, Culatello and Felino salami, Tortelli alla parmigiana (stuffed egg pasta topped with parmesan and butter), a generous selection of home made desserts, wine, water, coffee, digestive liquors.
