Gracias a la dedicaci\u00f3n y el duro trabajo de sus padres y t\u00edos, la granja prosper\u00f3. Hoy, la tradici\u00f3n contin\u00faa con la generaci\u00f3n actual, que participa activamente desde la d\u00e9cada de 1980. Su compromiso con la raza de vaca roja, tambi\u00e9n conocida como \u00abrazza reggiana\u00bb, ha garantizado que la granja siga siendo un faro de calidad y tradici\u00f3n en la regi\u00f3n.   <\/p>\n\n<p>La granja, con sus 180 cabezas de ganado repartidas en 170 hect\u00e1reas, se ha mantenido centrada en la sostenibilidad y la calidad. Del total, unas 50 vacas se dedican a la producci\u00f3n de leche, mientras que el resto son novillas y terneras j\u00f3venes destinadas a sustituir a sus madres en el futuro. Estos animales, utilizados tradicionalmente tanto para el trabajo como para la producci\u00f3n lechera, han demostrado ser resistentes y adaptables. Aunque pueden producir menos leche que otras razas, su leche es de calidad superior, rica en prote\u00ednas y grasas, lo que la hace ideal para la producci\u00f3n de queso.
