What’s included

• Parmigiano Reggiano dairy: We book your slot at a working caseificio. You arrive, the cheesemaker shows you the production — milk, curd, molds, aging cellars — and you taste wheels at different ages. No coach groups. Just you and the producer.
• Traditional balsamic vinegar acetaia: We arrange a visit to a small family producer in Modena. You walk through the barrel room on the attic, learn how the vinegar has been aging for 12 to 25 years, and taste the real Tradizionale DOP — the one that costs hundreds of euros for 100ml.
• Parma ham producer: We get you into the aging cellars in Langhirano. You see thousands of hams hanging in the mountain air, the producer explains the process, and you sit down to a generous tasting with cheese, salumi and local wine.

• Transport: Your own car (all three producers are within 45 minutes of each other between Bologna, Modena and Parma)
• Duration: approx. half day — most guests start around 8:30am and are done by 1pm
• Language: Producer visits in Italian — basic communication, the tastings speak for themselves
