Parma Food Tour – Parmesan, Prosciutto & Balsamic Vinegar
Our Parma food tour is a classic half-day guided experience starting directly from Parma. We pick you up from your hotel in Parma or from the Parma train station and take you to visit the most authentic producers of Parmigiano Reggiano, Traditional Balsamic Vinegar, and Prosciutto di Parma.
This tour is designed for travellers who want to understand how Parma’s most famous foods are made, directly at the source, with guided visits, tastings, and time to ask questions. The experience runs in the morning and fits perfectly into a short stay in Parma.
The tour is available in English.

Transport & Practical Information
The tour takes place outside the city centre, in the countryside around Parma. Transport can be organised depending on your preferences, and details are confirmed at the time of booking.
If you have special requirements, mobility concerns, or are travelling as a private group, please let us know when you contact us.
Arriving by Train
If you are arriving by train, including via Reggio Emilia AV (Stazione Medio Padana), we can organise pickup or coordinate the meeting point according to your arrival time. Stazione Medio Padana is a high-speed rail hub with frequent connections from Milan, Bologna, Florence, Rome, and other major Italian cities. This makes the Parma food tour easy to join even as a day trip or as part of a multi-city itinerary, without the need for a car.
This makes the tour suitable even if you are not staying overnight in Parma or are travelling between cities.
