The secret dinner party
Hosted in a secret London location, the Emilia Delizia supper club features a menu built around the iconic dishes that have made Emilia-Romagna famous. Guests can expect fresh egg pasta such as tagliatelle al ragù, tortelli, and tortellini, followed by a generous second course centred on our fragrant traditional breads like tigelle and gnocco fritto.
An ample selection of cured meats from Parma is always part of the experience, including Prosciutto di Parma, culatello, salame di Felino, and classic mortadella from Bologna. These are the same products guests encounter when joining our Parma food tour or exploring regional specialities on our Bologna food tour.
Emilia Delizia experience – whole Parma ham and whole wheel of Parmesan for your party
For those looking to impress their guests with a truly sumptuous dining experience, Emilia Delizia can be hired for private events. We can provide a whole Prosciutto di Parma, freshly delivered from Italy and sourced from one of our carefully selected producers.
To elevate the experience even further, we can also supply a whole wheel of Parmigiano Reggiano, accompanied by our famous breads and focaccia. Wines are carefully chosen, and we serve only the finest organic Lambrusco from trusted producers in Modena.

Whole or half wheel of Parmesan cheese for your party
If you are planning something special, Emilia Delizia can supply your event with a whole or half wheel of Parmigiano Reggiano, opened in front of your guests. We use only our best selection of organic, artisan Parmigiano Reggiano, aged for a minimum of 28 months.
Whole Parma ham, machine or hand sliced

One of the highlights of our experience is the opening and slicing of a whole Parma ham in front of your guests. There is nothing quite like freshly cut Prosciutto di Parma served directly at your event.
Hams are usually machine-sliced to achieve wafer-thin slices that melt in the mouth. Hand slicing is also possible; in this case, we select hams aged over 24 months from producers chosen specifically for their suitability for manual carving.
Gnocco fritto and tigelle

At every Emilia Delizia experience, we serve gnocco fritto, a light and airy fried dough that pairs perfectly with cured meats. It is one of the most beloved accompaniments to salumi in Emilia-Romagna.
