SADALI, a tour under SARDINIA where rivers, springs and waterfalls give rise to the “Water Paradise”.
Water, a precious resource, which distributed through an old but useful irrigation system known by immemorial times, makes the vegetable gardens extremely fertile and productive, that yield excellent potatoes used for the realization of the typical bread and cheese along with fresh, of “culurgionis”, typical dish of Sadali. Generosity and hospitality still have a place in society where pastoralist remain alive certain traditions and certain values.

The tour is divided into two days which provide, in the first, a visit to dairies and laboratories of bread and pasta typical of Barbagia (inner places of Sardinia), such as the famous ” culurgionis ” (a kind of ravioli with a heart of potatoes, mint, garlic and fresh pecorino cheese).
On the second day we will do a dip in neighboring “Sarcidano” to visit the typical house of Campidano with outbuildings experimental laboratories.
Waterfalls, springs, ancient watermills and enchanted forests will frame your stay.
